Setting any of the events private, will prompt a guest to enter either their email address or last name for them to see which events they can register to.


If their name is not on your uploaded guest list, they will not be able to see any of the events that you have set to private. Because of this, it would be best to leave a note on the RSVP page to email you if they cannot see any of the events.


You can either upload your guest list or manually enter each additonal from the MANAGE GUEST page.


To enable the feature private events on your website just simply follow the steps below:


1. Hover your mouse over the left navigation bar, expand the RSVP option and click on MANAGE EVENTS.


2. Click on EDIT THIS EVENT on any of the events listed.


3. Click on the option PRIVATE EVENTS.

4. Hit UPDATE EVENT.
